Panissara Natalie—known affectionately as Nat—moved from Thailand in 2011 to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a healthcare provider. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State University, beginning her career in some of Las Vegas’s busiest hospitals. Nat gained valuable experience working in adult oncology, intermediate care, and intensive care units, where she developed a strong clinical foundation.

Motivated to expand her role in patient care, Nat went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

As a provider, Nat has cared for patients across the lifespan:

• From newborns to adolescents in pediatric clinics

• To adults and seniors in family medicine in busy primary care clinic and home health settings of transitional care, supporting patients recently discharged from hospitals or rehabilitation facilities, ensuring a safe and effective return to home life.

Nat’s passion lies in making healthcare affordable and accessible for all Nevadans. She is known for her genuine connection with patients and families, always delivering individualized, patient-centered care that supports the well-being of the entire household.

As part of her commitment to advancing patient-centered care, she plans to expand services to include longevity and functional medicine within her direct primary care model.

These future offerings will focus on a proactive, root-cause approach to health, emphasizing prevention, optimization, and long-term wellness.

Her goal is to provide patients with innovative, evidence-informed care that not only treats illness but also enhances quality of life and promotes lasting wellness.
